Today is the first time I got to use FaceTime. Again I think that claims that this is somehow a revolution in the way that we interact as individuals may be a little grandiose, but it is exceptionally cool. I didn't attempt any screen-captures as I think that may be a bit inconsiderate of the friend I was talking to. It was immensely fun, and the quality blows away older mobile video calling certainly. You do need a stable wifi connection but I think that's a small price to pay for the video and voice quality you get. I do see this becoming a popular feature, but only when there are more iPhone handsets in circulation. In other rumours it appears it can be used for international calls at no fee (according to your data plan), which will be great for catching friends in the US. I'll try that as soon as I can.
